Haunted rides aboard the Pirate Water Taxi return this October

One of the spookiest rides of the season returns this October to the Hillsborough River. The excelsior Pirate Water Taxi carries visitors and residents alike from hotspots such as Armature Works, Julian B Lane Park, The Sail Pavilion, Curtis Hixon Park, and Harbour Island. This fantastic and fun mode of transportation often gets fully decked out for the holidays. This Halloween, enjoy spooky tours down the haunted Hillsborough River.

After taking a year off for COVID, Pirate Water Taxi announces the return of the revamped Haunted Tours this October. Take a ride through downtown Tampa with an all-new crew of haunted storytellers sharing well-known tales of terror and Tampa’s eerie past. On select dates, enjoy this 45-minute cruise of ghostly storytelling and laughs. Choose between departure times taking off at 7 p.m., 8 p.m., or 9 p.m. from Pirate Water Taxi’s Home Dock (333 S Franklin St).

All ages are welcome but earlier time slots are recommended for younger guests. Adult tickets start at $30 and children ages 2-12 start at $20. Annual passholders may receive $5 off admission on up to 6 tickets on Friday and Sunday dates – please call 813.233.7999 to book.
