Chill Bros. Ice Cream is officially open in Water Street Tampa. Founded by and named after the Tampa-native Chillura brothers, Chill Bros. crafts ice cream, waffle cones and toppings locally and employs an impressive team of pastry chefs and master gelatiers to ensure every scoop has the perfect flavor. Visit Chill Bros. on the street level at Cora on Water Street.
The ice cream shop uses only the finest ingredients and features a wide variety of made-from-scratch ice creams, mix-ins, toppings, candies, sauces, waffle cones and baked goods. Staple Chill Bros. ice cream flavors include Belgian brownie; brown-butter praline-pecan; double down Oreo; peanut butter cup; Tampa banana; and orange creamsicle, to name a few. House made vegan ice cream and fresh baked cookies will also be served.

Chill Bros. will sell their traditional American-style ice cream, an all-natural custard base made from Florida milk and cream, egg yolks, pure cane sugar and a dash of salt, in this chic new scoop shop. The Chills Bros. arrival in Water Street was announced at the same time that Strategic Property Partners landed Orange Theory and Short Wave Coffee Co.
“Our first customers at our newest Water Street location! We are now open scooping until 11pm tonight! Come swing by for a big scoop of ice cream and good time!” wrote Chill Bros. Ice Cream on Instagram.
